I hardly ever write reviews, on this on i just had to. Finding a web builder that offers these type of tools is hard to find. Even though it is doesn't have a instant Ai builder, it's still easy and fast to make a design. What i like the most is the agency feature giving you the ability to assign sites to clients or designers and give them access to edit the design. Stripe integration client payment and subscriptions portal all in one interface, it's just awesome! Using the templates are always a great start because they all start out looking good on mobile devices so the editing is a little bit easier. It will take a little time to start from scratch on a blank canvas and edit your design to look good on mobile devices but it can be done! The templates do look kind of outdated but can be edited to look quite decent if you take your time on a design to add all your own media. I also like that fact that you can add drag a drop elements on the page and place them anywhere on the design. no boxy stuff, just make sure you make it visible on mobile.

Things To Add just my ideas:

If you added a Ai web builder component just for agency users that would be cool, the ability to make a quick ai site or build it the traditional way, assign it without giving client ai access, and the ability to turn the Ai website into a saved template would be extra nice. i would guess that you would add a small fee or subscription fee to maintain the Ai generation features.

i would also offer and add one time fees or monthly subscription fee upgrades for 2 things:

1. extra emails accounts
2. more storage

I wouldn't add any ai image generation features or remove background tools, just a ai website builder and maybe a back office tab that has a suite of links that lead to outside ai tools to help build our sites better. make sure that you have affiliate links for those tools so Webstarts get a a commission if we as users decide to upgrade or pay for the tool. I want you guys to stay in business so you will need something to maintain that for longevity! Don't be that unlimited web builder tool that goes out of business in 2-4 years from now, i need you to stay around. too many tool on appsumo have disappointment me by going out of business or changing their whole plan a few years after investing. Please stay around!

I bought WebStarts Tier 3 on AppSumo a few months ago, and I can honestly say the more time I spend with it, the more I like it.

At first, there’s a learning curve—but once you understand how WebStarts thinks, it becomes a very powerful platform. It’s not just a page builder; it’s a full website system with hosting, storage, collaborators, and real business potential baked in.

What I love most is:

The freedom to build without being boxed into rigid templates

The stability of the platform

The fact that it keeps getting better as you learn it

Tier 3 gives serious value for long-term projects

This is one of those tools where your skill grows with the platform. The more you use it, the more capable it becomes.

My only real wish:
I wish the editor experience was more responsive/mobile-friendly. It works—but smoother responsiveness would take this from “very good” to “excellent.”

Overall, I’m glad I bought it, I use it regularly, and I plan to build multiple long-term projects on it. Definitely a solid AppSumo purchase.

Quickly, the PROS and CONS

The PROS:

a. Pages load quickly
b. It has some features I haven't seen in other builders.
c. It has a built-in autoresponder to get you started.
d. It includes a blog.

The CONS:

a. Support is incredibly slow.
b. You need a lot of patience for mobile setup.
c. The template designs aren't up to date.
d. The worst part is that if you create a website, you can't delete it, only archive it, which affects your storage usage based on your plan.
e. Updates are very slow, sometimes taking months.
f. It doesn't allow you to download or upload HTML files.

I bought this deal almost 5 years ago, in 2021. The company is still here, the deal is still alive!
Features it offers - this is a lot music for the price. Althoug I work with various stacks, f.e. with Wordpress as well, although I do use various hosting services, Webstarts are important part of my stack and I am very glad to have it.
Interesting fact: Webstarts is one of the first that had a "canvas‑style editor", with "absolute positioning" of elements. So for "regular folks" who are not used to builders like in Wordpress or even html, this is a gem (and although I do both I mentioned, I still like their drag and drop editor).
And as it has most necessary features built in (email, calendar, shop features etc.) - this is truly one of the best to start online presence, to give some business a redesign or whatever. To me - one of best deals on Appsumo ever.
PS - support always responded to me very quickly (I needed it only approx 3 times during those 5 years).

I was absolutely skeptical, but OMG I am beyond happy to have taken the chance on this gem! This deal was an absolute steal for ALL that you get! An absolute unlimited capacity to create. Its truly akin to a Lego master set of components for building just about anything you can imagine in the web dev space. Its really fantastic! Not exaggerating in the slightest. The music store specifically is such an added bonus; priceless to be exact! There is a bit of a learning curve to truly understand the way the tool works, but once you get the hang of it, its all there! Support has been responsive; an issue that was more user related that anything else, and still I could not be happier with this purchase. And that's well evidenced by the fact that I went out of my way to come back to AppSumo to leave a review. I'm utterly blown away by all that's included. THIS was indeed a deal!!!
