I am happy I discovered Webstarts. First I went one code, but after playing around for a bit I decided to go tier three. Why? Because Webstarts is easy. It is like building something using sleek, pretty building blocks, a kind like adult Lego experience. I needed maybe half an hour to grasp Webstart’s logic and afterwards it was just fun. Honestly, it is this easy! And it seems there are possibilities I haven’t discovered yet. I also reached out to support with some silly question (NOW I know it was silly), but they answered fast and with tons of patience. So, I really am happy I found this deal.

I have just started diving into it, but Webstarts is definitely a good value. Generous limits and a straight forward Drag n Drop editor with built in ecommerce capability and free business email. Add is free custom domains and hosting and you can't go wrong with this for the vast majority of use cases. If you need a very complex website, this isn't the right fit, but excellent for most everything else.

A minor con would be the templates. They're very basic, and there could be more of them, but you can make what you want from them or start from scratch.

I bought Webstarts ages ago on AppSumo and forgot to leave a review. After reading gkc's review it prompted me to leave one being a longer time user.

WebStarts really is a gamechanger in website hosting. I bought this deal for one site and then ended up buying it for multiple businesses and for a friend as a gift. It is so easy to use and is literally set up and forget.

I have contacted support and they were very responsive. It was super easy to build the site, link the domain and be online. I built two sites in a day. But I did do the tutorials first which were very quick and straight to the point.

It is ridiculously cheap for lifetime hosting of websites and has allowed me to build some other sites around businesses that I had previously just redirected domains on. I love how you have the separate editing for website and mobile. This has been one of my biggest pain points on other apps not being able to make changes to these separately and has allowed me to tweak things for mobile which is important.

This is a great deal and the product is amazing. I have never seen my sites offline and image loading is always fast. It is one of those deals that can really save you a lot of money over time for something that is essential in any business. Thanks for bringing this back to AppSumo.

Great product. And that's because it has a healthy balance between design and functions for agencies. The great thing about it is the simplicity of setting up a blog, a store or booking appointments. The only thing I probably miss the most is the possibility of partial localization into different languages. I actually have only one problem. I need native translation of some buttons and names of months and days in the blog into languages ​​other than English. I know your top priorities are different. But imagine if your product became global. It's not about backend translation. It's about the ability to translate the blog app: "read more", names of months and days. Or allow the date to be displayed without the name of days and months.
In the store app, the ability to translate the cart, and the entire purchase path that the client sees. And in the case of the app for appointments, the ability to translate the calendar and days. All this so that the client can see the frontend in their language. If there was an option in the backend to change the names of dynamic fields (read more, names of months, days, names of buttons in forms when purchasing a product, etc.), your product would become global. Everyone could translate those few fields into their language. You wouldn't have to localize the backend, but only what changes for each specific language. For example, create a "localization" tab in the basic settings and then have the option to add a translation option to individual fields. When I make sites for Czech or Slovak clients, I have to use other solutions. The product itself is great. Please take the above suggestions as my opinion only.
