For months I was thinking a way to deliver more value to my clients at little cost, so I bought Adpages, Bookmark, Brizy and SwipePages. They are all different website builders, and each one had something I needed: White Label, AI and easy to set up, Great UI, beautiful designs and fast CDN. Now I'm tempted with Webstarts with an unbeatable offer... I love how is going to be so easy for my clients to add pages to their websites, love the generous bandwidth and cloud storage. But there are a few things I'd love Webstart to consider adding to their roadmap:
• Form buttons: I can't change the text on the form button 'submit'. A great way to persuade people is to improve your CTA's. Not being able to change it is critical. Also would be helpful to get an upload document field in the form.
• Calendar: I will not be able to use it for my clients as they are Spanish, and it's not possible to change the language.
• Guestbook, Again, only in english. My clients will no be able to add comments as their readers will not understand.
• Hit counter... vanity metrics are not persuasive anymore and this is of very little use to new sites, but scarcity is persuasive. Please add a countdown instead.
• Please add a tutorial on how to connect the site to a subdomain. I haven't been able to view my new site :(
Overall I must say I love looove the offer and value... But Please make it friendly to other languages... I understand you can't have a UI in every language, that's OK, but being able to adapt it if we write our own microcopy is very important nowadays for a more cohesive branding experience... Thanks for bringing such a cool offer... 5 tacos from me...
