So if you like website builder @webwave or want to make a purchase, that's great, but you may want to hold your breath and try WEBSTARTS.
I bought a website builder previously at appsumo few weeks ago. It was excellent, I gave 5 tacos.
My PLAN: use the website builder i bought previously (webwave) that is not webstarts, and since client always want update to the website I decided I can do that with website builder and then seperate I can build ecommerce store or memebrship store with WordPress.
UNTIL WEBSTARTS! BAAAAM!!!!!
I didn't wana believe it until I heard it's not ot outside of North America. That's big! These are our brothers and sisters! So I jumped in and I had to look into it. And also if you like website builder webwave, that's great, but you may want to hold your breath and try WEBSTARTS, I really mean it!
I love webwave but it's basically WordPress without plugins. No ecommerce but they have payment, no membership but they have restriction passwords, no email marketing but they have email, no CRM but they have forms. All this webstarts has it, and I can't believe it, thankfully they have free account to try it. You all have to try this.
Another thing I've notice is that webstarts is fast. I mean it loads fast. I'm not talking about website, I'm talking about the website builder, with another competitor it's slow. And slow is really really bad when your dealing with few clients, another thing is bad management, can't organize or put into folder.
And webstarts I'm proud of you. Even in website builder, building it is easy and moving entire half of page down is super easy vs select all and then drag down (and probably miss some element). With webstarts click any element and drag it down and the rest will follow. Common sense. Love it,
I have one client website with ecommerce. With Webwave I have a plain website with website Builder and another separate ecommerce stores with WordPress. I know but Incase my client want any changes to website I just want to it have it easy but it's horrible because now I have two different version theme layout.
With Webstarts create a site, and all the apps are ready for you like a plugins for WordPress.
Here are the features that includes WEBSTARTS and X front of the each list are the NOT AVAILABLE @ WEBWAVE.
X - Site Member (Membership, this is big)
X - Store (beautifully integrated with shipping)
X - Blog (Did not try it, but they have easier way to manage blog)
X - Email marketing (I'm glad they have it, cause I don't have email marketing)
X - Business Email (I'm not sure what business email means but I'm assuming competing with gmail suite)
/ - Roles and Permission (when giving your team and client access)
X - Analytics (Not available at webwave)
X - Files and Folder (I'm not sure what that is, assuming I can give client access to upload)
