I'm one of those people who are calling support after about 5 minutes when using a website builder. (Shopify, case in point)
This didn't happen with Webstarts much to my surprise, I actually enjoyed building my first site and can't wait to do more.

Webstarts has all the bells and whistles and it's intuitive with it.
So my take is "Yes, website building can be fun again"
Definitely one of my better decisions to acquire this.
