Yeah, it works on any site where you can insert a single line of javascript into the head/theme. We have clients on all of the above platforms.
Yes, you are able to create popups and also variations of them. We have a widget editor where you can use some predefined popups or advanced editor where you can create them how you want. If you are after the widget editor, we are also more than happy to create some for you (with some notice, just reach out to us)
On the separate accounts, this can be done for you. Just reach out to us and we can configure it for you
