Generally good for small companies.. but they have a problem. Their message in the help center says it takes a few minutes for our response. In fact, you may wait days for them to respond to you.
This must be the first time I am leaving such a low review on Appsumo.
Tldr - Decent tool to get you started if you just require basic functionally. You will be severely handicapped if you are looking for more functionality and absolutely stranded if you need support from webullar.
The experience starts of great and as promised you will have a site within 2 minutes which is quite decent looking. The AI content is a good framework but you will most definitely want to manually update the content before you post it.
I didn't face any issues with basic editing but the moment you try to customize anything beyond, you are likely to run into a lot of issues. I usually am happy to speak with support to get things sorted but god help you if you require webullar support.
When I did receive a response, it was incomplete, didn't actually answer my question and the person even performed an action to my site that I only enquired about. The lack of just basic etiquette from support and clear unwillingness to help was enough to make me switch.
Sorry to say I don't think I will keep this due to technical issues and the limitations on SEO features (e.g. custom URLs and meta for blog pages) I had contacted support a few times but haven't received a response, it has been around 3 weeks since I reached out. The site itself is very cute but the SEO is the most important thing for me, and without key features, the site just won't rank
If you are a small business and just need a basic website to show you exist online, this can be very helpful. But Webullar isn't highly customizable for power users. It's great to have the site spin up so quickly, but the "pages" generated are actually all parts of one page that are linked to as if they were separate pages, which can impact SEO because you aren't actually getting real pages.
The AI functionality is good and the software is easy to use. But it's not really a great deal if you an "agency" looking to launch a lot of subsites quickly - as the AppSumo Tiers are only for 1 website.
As you can see, I have a lot of plusses and minuses listed...but overall it's a nice option for the right project. With the top tier you basically get a 2,000 person email list included in the package, which is a great deal for a small business.
Webullar does what it says on the box—it creates a nice looking site very quickly.
However if you want to edit it in certain ways, problems begin.
There are various bugs and responses may take time. You may not hear anything for days.
I'm guessing Webullar will iron these things out, but who knows how long it will take and whether you'll find out when fixes will occur.
If you have time to wait until Webullar pulls all the threads together, this could be great buy. But if you need to get something done soon that's more than a 30 second site, this won't fit the bill.
I can imagine a very good finished product in future, but as of now i'm refunding.
