Is it always available to our clients and employees?
Would it be possible to maintain the Whitelabel/white-hat status by not revealing your company identity while emailing or chatting with them?

Chat is now available to all users, even those without paid accounts. In addition to chat, you can also write to [email protected].
Unfortunately, in the creator and webmaster panel it is not yet possible to enable our chat support in the white label view. We will add this to the list of features to be prepared in the near future.
