I had a momentary outage about an hour ago (10:30PM PST on 10/29). I couldn't reach their website or the one I have hosted with them. I thought it was something wrong on my end, but maybe it's related. By coincidence I had just sent a chat message to support when I lost access to the site. But support responded while I was unable to load the site, so it still worked for the rep.
