Yes, you can create categories for blog articles.
To let people search through your blog posts you can either add various newsfeeds, that displays articles from desired categories, or you can add a 3rd party search plugin.

is it possible i duplicate any website that i found on the internet and change the words to suit my business?

If you've created a website with WebWave you will be able to duplicate it with one click. This way you can create your own template base, or create websites for a client, that's similar to another website.
You can also recreate (duplicate) nearly any website's design, that you've found on internet, since WebWave is very flexible. But you'll need to do that manually. We do not have any automatic import tool.

You will have to get your apartments' calendar plugin from Airbnb, and paste them into a custom HTML element on your website.
