Account Removal for Polish Users
Today, I received an email from Webwave stating that, due to my location in Poland, they intend to terminate my account. I purchased three codes, as there was no disclaimer regarding this on the Appsumo offer. Creating software is only one part of the story; customer satisfaction constitutes the second, crucial part. I am utterly dissatisfied with this behavior. I am giving a one-star rating for the sole reason that they notified me before the refund option expired, which is a small consolation for the inconvenience caused.
