PROS & CONS FROM A NON-TECHY
Before purchasing, I read all the reviews on AppSumo. I am a APPSUMO plus member and have bought lots of products over the years. First, I want to say that I really like WebWave as it relates to how easy it is to drag and drop web page elements, customize your look and feel, etc. For me, this was a no-brainer because I didn't need to know ANYTHING to build a site.
I ran into problems with the mobile/tablet version of the site. In my design, the automated "mobile or tablet" version AND my manual efforts to create a version "mobile or tablet" was clunky. I believed that I could go into those versions and fix them so that they would translate beautifully on tablet and phone. Unfortunately, that's not the case in my situation due to the technology. Any changes I made to text or images in the mobile or tablet versions.... changed on my main site build. Not good.
So, as it relates to my ability to design what I want... I found limitations. It looks like I "do need to know more" than just how to drag and drop elements on a page to make this work. So, you might want to check this out before the refund period expires.
I can't rate this tool LOW because it does what it says, an that wouldn't be fair. But I can't give it five Tacos either because FOR ME.... this was a huge problem. My only solution it seems is fitting my content EXACTLY into one of their templates. The trouble with this for me, however, is that I didn't find a template that really gave me the look I wanted. So, I'm in the same position I was with the other option.

May 9, 2024Hi. You said, that after you made changes to text or images on your mobile or tablet version of your website, those changes were visible on your desktop version.
Here's why:
The whole idea of responsive web design is that you have the same content (text and images) displayed differently on different screen sizes. That means that you only need to modify your page layout (element size, position etc) and then you can populate that layout with content (images and text). For instance, it you create a blog template, you will then write a blog post once, and it will be displayed on every screen size correctly.
If you'd like to display different content (text, images) on different screens you can also do that. Just hide elements on desired screen sizes, and add new ones with different content.
