None of this is true- it only monitors 5 things on the free plan even for people who bought this plan. It constantly tells you to upgrade. The map of content shows only 2 posts. Have never once received a weekly monitoring report- ever. Takedown notices for infringed content are not included and have never once seen this. Legal support is not provided at all. Customer service does not respond and if they do refuses to actually help with any issues on the back end. Constant pushes to upgrade the account and still wondering what is even included in this deal. Very disappointed- this is one of the most expensive deals on AS and honestly the results are lackluster at best. Many things are included in the description of the deal that aren't actually included once you buy the deal.
