Like my staff is working on the Company provided computers and sometimes they forget to turn on another time tracking device. Is it possible for your tool to start taking screenshots whenever staff computers are turned on. I would not want my staff to login to some app every morning . It should be on auto.

Yes, it can. The tracker has the option of autostarting every time the device is turned on. Note that the owner of the workspace should turn on this feature in the settings first.
When it is on, every time your employees turn on their devices, the tracker will turn on automatically as well and start tracking/taking screenshots.
