From settings, you can select how to set up Screenshot Mode. You can select Background Mode so your employees can't see when the screenshots are taken.
Otherwise, you can select Screenshot Mode, Blurred Mode, and No Screenshot Mode.

Additionally, employees also can turn on Background Mode in order not to get pop-up notifications when the screenshots are taken.
