I just switched over to this from Time Doctor which I used for years. I took on 2 tiers, and switched over 8 people on my staff. The software has a ton of potential... you can track time with the Windows app or chrome extension, although the system does have a few bugs. Im leaving 3 stars here because what they are lacking is customer service. I reached out to them here, on live chat, opened up a ticket, and still no response. I will update this once I hear from them.
