Q: Does it matter what email address we sign up with?

Will that restrict us as far as 'having' to use that email address as a 'main account' address?

A: Yes the email address used to create an account for company as a super admin should be used for login. Later any additional user can be added from the user management section. They will have separate credentials.

Q: For the Agent Dashboard, can agents be assigned specific chatbots to monitor?

For example if I have 3 different clients can I assign each client's chatbot to one or two of their employees to monitor?

Would they have their own private workspace and not see any of my other clients chatbots or chat sessions in their dashboard? Thanks.

They will only access to the assigned chat interfaces. They will not see interfaces that are not assigned to them.

Q: Hi Dillon, you´re listing Calendly as (native?)

integration here. Yet I can´t find it in the builder options. Nothing in your knowledgebase either. Am I missing something?

A: Hi Markus_Stephan,

We offer the possibility to load a calendly calender in the chat interface to book appointments. You can also use a custom card for that. A lot of our users do that - So thats why we find it important to highlight it as a integration. However we dont offer the possibilithy to send contacts directly to calendly like we do with mailchimp.

I will check our Knowledgebase and make sure we add how to do that there. I'm sure I have it in our video tutorials.
