Q: Can I use this tool as a unified WhatsApp tool?
If so, does it also work on mobile? Can I connect my WhatsApp number by scanning the QR code?
PS : I asked this questions befor 4 days on whatsapp but nobody answer it.

Thanks for your questions.
We are finalizing a whatsapp connection so the inbox will be omnichannel. However this will be done through 3rd party whatsapp business partner for now...and this will have monthly costs. Once we are live we will inform our users about this possibilities.
