Q: Need clarification on 2 things a) Expiry of AI Generated tests b) Ability to see only available questions
a) Expiry of AI Generated tests - I understand that I can only create 3 AI-generated tests per month . But can I use these tests forever, or do they expire? For example, can I generate Test1 in month one and then use new credits next month to create test 2? Or do I need to deactivate test-1 first? Additionally, how AI-generated questions? attempted to substitute a-based question for a coding test and could an to replace question with an alternative
b) Ability to see only available questions. This is annoying. When I add questions manually, I see many high-difficulty questions, but they’re only available to Enterprise plans. I don’t have time to search through tons of questions to find the ones available to me. Can you add an option to show only available questions in my plan?
A: a) you can use these tests forever, they do not expire. Yes, you can chat with AI to replace the question or substitute one. b) Thanks for pointing this. We're improving the search, we'll add this feature soon, do you mind adding a request here : https://wecreateproblems.canny.io/request

Q: Cant use personal email?
Is there any reason why personal email cant be used to sign up? I am used to gmail. What kind of business email required to use this service? I had a hard time signing up
It seems that we get a certain number of credits. I note that "Whole Screen Recording" costs 2 credits, and "Video Proctoring" costs 2 credits. Are both not the same? If I wanted to test someone with a normal subjective/MCQ test and want to record the whole screen and can refer to the video - will this cost 2 credits or 4 credits?
Video proctoring is not same as Whole screen recording.
Video proctoring is an assessment integrity feature that ensures a test taker when starts a remote online test is the same person throughout the test duration. This helps in preventing impersonation or leaving the test place with an intention to cheat.
Ok so video proctoring also records the camera, while screen recording only records the screen? If I want to both monitor the camera and screen (and record), how many credits does that cost?
Whole Screen recording is a compliance and audit feature. It records the entire test session in a mp4 or related formats and is stored on our server for you to refer them later if need be. Let’s say a candidate claims some gap in your assessment experience. This feature is useful to confirm such claims. It is also useful if you want to confirm the integrity of the candidate manually
I understand that - I'm trying to clarify the credit consumption question I asked above. if I want to monitor the camera and screen and record both - it costs 4 credits right?
WSR (Whole Screen Recording) would record both screen, the camera captured video of the candidate.
If the test is video proctored then WSR will have candidates video + candidate activities + entire screen. If its not video proctored then it will only have entire screen and candidate activities during the test.
Q: If I exceed my credits?
If I’m a Tier 4 user and each student needs to sit 10 non AI assessments each month does that mean I can only have 40 students sit their papers each month or is it 400? What can I do if I need to exceed this limit one month?
The limit 10 is only for admins and that is you can create only 10 exam papers per month using AI in Tier 4. However you can create unlimited number of exam papers (i.e question paper or test paper) manually (by pulling questions from library or by adding your own questions)

In Tier 4, you can assess max 400 students.
The limit 10 is only for admins and that is you can create only 10 exam papers per month using AI in Tier 4. However you can create unlimited number of exam papers (i.e question paper or test paper) manually (by pulling questions from library or by adding your own questions)
And lastly, if you run out of your 400 credits in that month you can purchase more credits from Settings >> Billing >> Add-on credits
