Q: [Part 2] Comments would have the potential to be used like a protocol.
That is, additional information about the task that accumulate over time. But unfortunately, it is not possible to enter long, formatted text as comments.
I have not found a way to assign existing tasks to other tasks as subtasks.
If you have a task open and want more space to see the board next to it and therefore close the task, this sidebar often stays open because you called the search before. You have to close all previously opened information windows in the sidebar until the window finally frees the space.
I have set the "start of day" as "personal preference" with 07:00 and still the schedule/calendar display starts at 00:00?
When creating appointments in the calendar via drag-and-drop, the currently selected time is not displayed in 24h mode (although this is enabled in the settings).
"Email to create a task" only works from the email address you are logged into Weekplan for. This is impractical for several reasons. First, you can't then use some Android apps like Vono or Braintoss. And you can't email a task to your inbox from your private account when you're on the go.
In the mobile app, the whole app blocks editing tasks (grayed out) as soon as I try to move a task on a board (hold down the task)? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
WeekPlan is one of the most interesting apps I've tested regarding task management, and I wish you the best of luck with it.
