Yes, it's from a mass email they sent out to all AS purchasers. I logged in to my account to confirm that it says my 6-year lifetime license is expiring.

After carefully investigating, we’ve confirmed that this was due to a misconfigured email automation. Please rest assured that your lifetime license remains fully valid and will not expire."
Q: Is there a way for me to send this to one of three email addresses depending on what is selected from a dropdown?
Then I'd also like to redirect to one of 3 thankyou pages dpending on the dropdown too. The application is to send to one of 3 sales persons depending on the region.
