Few questions:
1) What is the difference between Accountants and Clients?
(We've tried both and we don't see how they differentiate)
2) Any other integrations aside from Freshbooks on the roadmap?
3) Is there a public roadmap?
4) Is there a user manual? I can find articles with specific topics yet no general app help.

2. Integrations: QBO is coming real soon, and Xero is right after it. we may modify the priorities a bit - due to customers' requests - If you have something in mind tell us as it helps us prioritize R&D tasks

1. Accountant manages a few clients.
Not sure I understand the distinction at at practical level.
When testing both profiles, we didn't see how the interface changed (and thus what the Accountant or Client can and can't do).
2. Integrations:
Noted on this.
For others that may not be using these 2 platforms, it would help a lot to have a more general API or automation integration such as Pabbly or n8n.

That's the one I found and there are no articles explaining the different between Accountants and Clients.

5. I am not sure if an AUDITOR profile type would make sense here.
Something read-only type of profile, I would think.
