I came across this software by accident, looking at the "ending soon" on Appsumo. I'm busy with my business, but I was manually wasting days going through emails and making PDFs of my receipts. I jumped for joy when I found WellyBox yesterday. I snapped up two codes for 48 months of receipts, and my major work project has already been done! No more looking at old spammy emails looking for a receipt!

I added the two codes and went to work. When I came home, WellyBox found my receipts, saving me untold days and months of time. The negative complaints in the reviews were that WellyBox was "synching" all the time. Well, it takes a long time to go through four years of emails looking for a receipt and OCR it. The software is not perfect; it doesn't know a PayPal sale or income, from a business expense. But it is a quick way to gather the data into a spreadsheet and generate a PDF backup of receipts.

I also use MoneyWell for handling my bank statements, but WellyBox can organize my actual proof statements, and I'm extremely glad I got in on a lifetime deal for such a timesaver. It makes an outstanding PDF document with all the receipts organized by date. Now, when my inbox gets full, I know I have a copy saved of all my receipts.

My only complaint was that it did not go back fully four years in the search. I have the 2021 start of the year. It didn't go back to 2019, but I am still happy with the results. If I could give this program twenty tacos, I would! Now, rather than wasting time on my taxes, I can focus on what I enjoy doing, working on my business. In the future, it is going to be easy to catalog my receipts and do my taxes.
