Incredibly useful and a must buy - with caveats

This is one of those very rare apps that pretty much EVERYONE can get great use from, starting immediately. It's not perfect, but I am sure they will get there.

Right now, documentation is minimal, although the tool is not very complicated. You are getting in early on the "ground floor" so to speak, and I think you will be glad you did. I am.

The first time you use this, it may take a few hours to dig through all your emails and process the data (not a big deal). After that, it just needs to capture new data. After first run, I ended up with a nice big list of receipts/statements that were easy to export as a spreadsheet, or to financial app, AND PDFs for each.

Things needed:

- They support Google Drive and Dropbox for storage. They definitely need to add OneDrive, because millions of Microsoft Office users get free OneDrive accounts, and that simply can't be ignored.

- I have a merchant account for my business that uses Authorize.net as a gateway. So authorize.net sends me a sales receipt for every sale, as well as bank account deposit summaries. This sees those as bills/invoices. There needs to be a way (and maybe there already is) to tag domains/senders to have it disregard those, or send those to a certain folder/category. Not the end of the world, since I can do an excel sort and manage those. (The only slight complication is that along with those sales notifications, Authorize.net also does send me bills for their services. Maybe this is just something I have to live with, or I need to have those go to a different email address.)

- I would like the option to resize the list of invoices to be more compact, with smaller fonts and *much less line spacing* so we can see more content in one view.

- I could not immediately find any search function in the interface. I would like to have filter and search options. I will say, however, that since you can export as a spreadsheet, it is relatively easy to search and sort that, but it would be nice to have some of this functionality within the interface.

- Apparently, in addition to the inbox importing, we can also scan paper receipts (big plus!) in via whatsapp. I still have to figure out how to do this (not obvious). However, I am not crazy about this method (I'd rather not use whatsapp). They could really use a mobile app (plus, a mobile app in the app stores would also help them to advertise their service and get more regular subscribers). Maybe they could explore integration partnerships with existing mobile scanner apps as well.

Those are just a few initial improvement suggestions, but let me say this. The value is already there and I *highly* recommend every business owner or professional grab this. It is totally worth the modest price, and honestly - it would be worth paying monthly for this.

This is one of those very few AS deals that I can say without hesitation you would regret missing. It's a gem, and a "must buy."
