It really needs some work... but could end up great

This seems like exactly what I need to streamline some important tax and budgeting tasks. However, it definitely needs some work to be fully functional. At this point it's not saving me time, and is giving me a few headaches. I am optimistic, but hesitantly so.

I have some feature requests and feedback that if the team is responsive to, I think will make this software indispensable for me and I'd give 5 tacos for easily. If they don't get on the ball with the critical issues within the return period...

The issues I have encountered:

Duplicates - Unfortunately a lot of times a purchase will end up with 2-3 emails that are receipts, or receipt like enough that the software grabs them. Such as making a purchase using Paypal as a payment option, the vendor sends a receipt and so does Paypal. I've also found a few entries where the shipping notifications get picked up as receipts too. So far this software does not know what to do with duplicates yet, and the only options to deal with them are to delete the entries in Wellybox or delete them from your email account. It would be excellent if the software would allow merging entries. Another way to help deal with this issue is to have the user tell Wellybox which folders in the email account it's searching to include or exclude.

Bugs - I have run into a couple bugs so far, nothing catastrophic but annoying for sure. Specifically I have had the site crash a few times upon deleting or modifying an entry. It has been easy enough to go back to where I was and pick back up without lost data, but it's annoying.

Amazon - This issue is not unique to Amazon receipts, but that's where it most annoying for me. Amazon does not itemize their email receipts for non-business accounts. So far there's no way in Wellybox to deal with this other than downloading the invoice from Amazon, putting a new entry into Wellybox, editing it so that it aligns with the date the email was received, then deleting the correlating receipt that Wellybox grabbed. Also, many amazon receipts include personal and business items. This requires two things to fix, one is allowing the user to replace the information in an entry and repropagate from it, second is splitting entries.

AI discernment - unfortunately this one is making me the most nervous about relying on the tool. I have run across one circumstance so far where Wellybox grabs a bill, but not the payment receipt. Specifically for me this was my power company's emails. My power company sends a bill with an attached PDF that's password protected. They also send a receipt when my automated payment goes through. Wellybox was only grabbing the bills and coming up blank because of the password protection, even though all the pertinent data was inline in the email also. So there are a few issues here, the PDF thing is probably easy to fix. However, the bigger issue is that Wellybox did not grab the actual receipts. So I'm now wondering what other receipts it may have missed.
