Time (and Money...) saver
As a CPA for individual tax payers and small businesses, THE biggest chore I expect my customers to do themselves is gathering the receipts and invoices for their annual activity and sending them to me for further processing. The more bills they send me, the more deductions and refunds they can claim, but I still need the "raw" materials to work with.
This means a product that maximizes the expenses they discover can be pay for itself in no time, but they do have to have the awareness that tools such as Wellybox exist.
I actually came across wellybox and one other competitor back when I was looking for solutions to recommend to my customers. When I found out about the deal on Appsumo I couldn’t be more thrilled about giving it a go, so that I could personally recommend such a tool to my customers. The idea was that I could help them maximize their expenses, while at the same time making the process super easy for them would speed up the whole thing and prevent the classic Nov-Dec death march of last minute tax filings 😊 At the same time I could maximize my own business expenses, so at least trying it out was a no-brainer.
Turns out wellybox found FAR MORE expenses that I had the energy to hunt for in my inbox. I expected the ROI on the product to take at least a couple of years, but it basically covered its own cost on its first tax year in use by finding receipts totaling more than $1k that I would not otherwise file. So it makes the process fast and easy, but more importantly it is more comprehensive than what a human being would probably be – unless they have their own full-time office admin.

We just added some neat features allowing accountants and bookkeepers to manage their clients directly in our system. you can easily invite your clients to the service and then switch between them using a simple dropdown at the top of your dashboard.
