Q: Spam / Backlist???

I really wanted to praise the tool. I think the setup and operation is really great! I have now finished setting everything up and would now like to send my newsletters. However, when I read the information from the previous speaker in reviews (TonioLip), I get scared and anxious. Please give me some feedback - if you immediately end up on a blacklist, the tool would be completely useless ;-(

Q: GDPR Compliance Timeline

You mentioned working towards being GDPR compliant, but do you have a timeline? I purchased a Tier 5 and a Tier 1, but I don't think I can move forward with this product if it's not compliant.

As per the GDPR rules, we have a "Delete Immediately" feature. This ensures that users can delete their data whenever needed. Additionally, we have "Delete Site" option, which places a site in a deleted state for one month. During this period, users retain the flexibility to restore the site if needed. After one month, the data is permanently removed.

So, weMail is GDPR compliant. You don't need to worry about this.

Q: GDPR Compliance and use of our users' data

Hi Rubyat,
Not only are you not, GDPR compliant at the moment, but your terms of service are for the most very confusing : when a user adds their information in a form on our websites, they are redirect to your app.wemail.com site that demands a confirmation. On, that website, your terms of service claim full ownership and right to use and redistribute this info. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE NO-GO for anyone who wants to respect their users' private information, how can we be sure you are not absorbing all those emails ? Where are the guarantees you are not transfering the data outside of Europe (Singapour based company) ? Who do you share our info with ? No mention of duration for our data being kept on your servers... So there is still a lot to improve before this service becomes legitimate.

Thanks for your query.

You need a separate Email Provider and a subscription of them to send email. We manage the process and categorize the lists of your subscribers. You have to connect to your Email provider in order to send emails.
weMail actually lets you send emails via Amazon SES, SparkPost, Mailgun, or any of your favorite SMTP providers, at a very low price.

I just bought the licence, and I'm setting it up and see that the forms are terrible.
- Not responsive at all.
- I can't change the image in the forms. (only the background)

I would like to let you know that weMail doesn’t limit the number of emails you can send. The limit depends on your email gateway. For example, if your gateway allows you to send 200,000 emails, you can send that many using weMail.

This is why we don’t mention any specific limits in weMail—it’s controlled by your email gateway.

Q: Data Storage, GDPR Compliant, Integrations and Sending Services

I have a few questions below:

1. Is the data ours (on Wordpress) and if not where else is it stored. I have seen conflicting answers to this. One answer says 2 locations and on your website under Privacy it says USA. Where specifically and is this storage safe (what standards).
2. Confirm that your product is fully GDPR compliant.
3. Do you have integrations with Pabbly Connect, Activepieces etc.
4. I read several posts and you have stated flexibility of sending services offered. Actually, many Wordpress mail plugins offer the same thing (example FluentCRM, The Newsletter, Mailpoet). What makes your product unique. It could be price or features.

Data is stored on the weMail server. Currently, the weMail servers are physically hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Currently, no. But, we have plans to be GDPR compliant soon.

Unfortunately, we don’t support Pabbly Connect or Activepieces for now. But thanks for asking. We always exploring new integration opportunities based on user feedback. weMail offers affordability, multi-site subscriber management, and seamless integration with email-sending services like Amazon SES and Mailgun.

and your paid plan has limit on subscribers why? If you want to compete with the market provide unlimited subscribers and make advance features on paid plan.

Q: I don't understand the subscribers pricing

Where are the subscribers stored? In the WordPress database or in WeMail's database? If they're stored in the WP database, then why is there a cap on subscribers?

Additionally, weMail does not deliver emails; an email delivery service does, so subscriber-based pricing makes even less sense.

Are you simply selling the software, or are you hosting it?

Q: Customize Woocommerce Emails

Is it possible to customize Woocommerce Emails as in Mailmint or would I still need a template customizer for that? I dont think it would be possible to set automations for all the woo mails without documentation of their shortcodes.

Thanks for your interest in weMail. Definitely, you can have multiple lists with weMail. You can enjoy other email marketing features as well.

Just keep in mind that, you'll need a WordPress website to install the weMail plugin. And for sending the newsletters, you'll need to connect one of your email-sending gateways (currently supports Amazon SES, Brevo, Elastic Email, Mailgun, Pepipost, Postmark, SendGrid, SparkPost, or custom SMTP).

Q: Could you make one tier for freelancers for 10-20 sites and 5000 subs. each?

I was already happy to get an email marketing solution for my many wordpress pages.
And then I read: for one website and you need your own smtp. Right now the only value would have been that I could offer my clients email marketing directly in the wordpress environment...

Bid on freelancers and you'll see where your sales start to go right away :)

Q: What makes you so expensive compared to the competition?

I know fluentcrm and funnelkit automations or mailmint. I see that they do the same thing, they don't have user limits and they allow multiple sites. Some even have automations with SMS and other things. Why is your app so much more expensive? What makes it different that makes it worth this price?

Q: Inquiry About Incentive-Based Lead Form Feature

Hello,
I'm exploring email marketing solutions and would like to know if weMail supports or plans to implement a feature similar to ConvertKit's incentive-based lead forms. Specifically, I'm interested in a functionality where a lead form allows subscribers to confirm their subscription via a "Confirm and Download" button in an email. This button would both confirm their subscription and automatically start the download of a freebie, without the need for multiple landing pages or additional steps.

1. We didn't make any conflict with the GDPR-Compliant issue. We just provide the form and options to send email to your subscribers. Thats all and that is not prevent or block any GDPR rules. You are free to use weMail.

2. &ou can set up an "Autoresponder Series" in weMail to send a structured email course over a period of time, like a weekly SEO lesson for five weeks. weMail supports drip campaigns, which are designed to send a series of emails triggered by user actions—such as subscribing to your newsletter.
