Q: 1.

When sending SMS, does it also check whether the phone number is mobile number or not? Twilio provides this testing option. And HighLevel gives option to do that checking (using Twilio) by just turning the feature on.
2. Is there a demo product video somewhere?
3. Can we add multiple Twilio phone numbers and choose different phone numbers for different campaigns?
4. If we bulk add 1,000 leads to a campaign, can we choose to send message / email to each lead at a gap of 5 minutes, instead of sending to all in one go?

Hey,
1) We are primarily targeting the US and Canada (though not exclusively). There is not presently a way to reliably determine if a number is mobile here. Twilio has a post on it https://support.twilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/223181828-Does-Twilio-check-to-see-if-phone-numbers-can-receive-SMS-

2) You know, that would have been a good idea 😂. We haven't made one, but now that you've pointed out we will.

3) We've had a few requests for an "agency mode", with that kind of feature set. We're exploring it - if you'd like to put it on the request board here https://drrrip.convas.io/

4) We don't have that kind of interval spacing right now.

Thanks for the questions! Let us know if you have any others.

Thanks for the responses. Twilio actually has a verification API. So, some other tools that provide sending SMS integrate that API. And they cut the API charges from same Twilio account.

And for #3: Not really looking for agency mode, but more of separate phone numbers for each city, so that messages look more personalized.

And being a HighLevel user, obviously my questions are coming via comparison with that tool. Take that as a compliment :)

Ah, good to know. I'll give our Twilio rep a call this week to see if we can get access to this.

Highlevel is pretty cool, they did a great job of leveraging a community that was cobbling together a bunch of misfit tools, and solving that by providing a one-stop alternative that worked well AND was affordable.

Is Drrrip a skin of Highlevel?

Hi.

We're in no level related to GHL. GHL is a "everything but the kitchen sink" package. Our use case is for users who want quick & simple SMS & email campaigns that they can use with their existing stack.
