What’s the origin of the idea for your product?

The idea for Whatmore Studio was born from our two-year journey with Whatmore Shoppable Videos. While working closely with e-commerce store owners, we noticed a major challenge: creating high-quality product videos was costly and time-consuming.

Although videos on websites boosted conversion rates and engagement, most brands didn’t have videos for many of their products. Outdoor shoots typically cost $500 per video and took 3-4 weeks to produce, leaving most brands with videos for only about 20% of their SKUs, even though video ads consistently outperformed static creatives.

Q: How many credits are actually needed for a complete video?

I'm seeing that some tools take 5 credits to use and others require 2 credits to use. If you need multiple tools on the same video, does each tool need to be paid for?
For example, looking through other questions I found a link to some example videos. One of a table shows the product from a few different angles as a video, has text overlay, and has background music. Does generating 3 different videos from different angles of the product each cost 5 credits? Then the text overlay and background music each cost on top of that?
I'm just trying to understand what I can actually create from the Tier 1 license. Am I only getting 1 high quality video a month from it or is it more like 4 or 5?
Also, do credits roll over from one month to the next?

Q: Important clarification

Hi, I need you to clarify me some very important things for my business.
Are you going to add the possibility of converting jewelery to virtual try on? Greek language support, i have asked too many times. I have asked many many times in the website with no response for jewelery and accessories virtual try on. Let me know since it's too crucial for my business. Thanks. I am tier 3 btw and I will upgrade more if you do support it. If there will be bo support for any of these instructions won't have a choice but refund and I really like this product. It has to start working with Greek for starters though. Please take the shoppable like feature seriously, many people have asked you for it and it is the most missing feature along with lack of languages support. Thanks for your time.

Q: What are you doing to address lost or wasted credits?

I have a lot of questions like the one above about the product and reached out to them, yet they failed to compensate me to date, despite earlier assurances. Yes, it has a lot of bugs! However, the SECRET I want to reveal to you all, especially if you are on the fence... is that despite all the issues and my 3-star review, I upgraded to tier 3. Bet on this product before the deal ends in just 2 days. There is nothing like it in the market so far. It is such a niche product for ecommerce. This is a product that must succeed. The generations are lifelike and incredible, saving you studio time. This is the sort of developer that I would back, despite their startup challenges. If you are reading the negative reviews and walking away, think again. Buy the product without hesitation and keep it for some time while they straighten things out.

very very buggy and not working right now

Unfortunately, Whatmore Studio is still not functioning at all. The first 2-3 generations were good, but after that, no results worked at all. The software is full of bugs. I wish that the errors would be fixed as soon as possible. The idea is great, and when the results work, it's wonderful. In my opinion, Whatmore Studio should not have gone online publicly yet. Customers are discouraged by the massive bugs. After contacting support several times, I was mainly just given empty assurances. The software is currently not recommended and is primarily frustrating. I would have purchased the highest tier, but under these circumstances, I definitely will not. It's a shame. I still hope that all the errors will be fixed as soon as possible. Right now, I can only give 2 stars.

30 credits is not for 30 videos but for 6 !

Not bad at all regarding those short videos. Because I don't get videos with the other tools (like Jogg.ai) I use.
Comparing Jogg.ai to Whatmore Studio is the option to make short videos with moving models. The result is quite good but it is difficult to master how to modify or correct to get the change(s) we want to be done.
The other negative point is that there are only English, Hindi and Vietnamese language available.
And finally a video costs you 5 credits not 1 like mentioned on Appsumo.
So with 30 credits, you get 6 videos.

I hope that further upgrades will make me keeping Whatmore.

Needs Work

I would suggest jogging over to another similar product to get some ideas on how to improve this product. It has a great deal of potential. It is just extremely rough around the edges for the price. As you can see, I have nearly 1,000 purchases. I'm not new to this. I hope my feedback is helpful, and I truly wish the Whatmore team the best.
