Q: How many credits are actually needed for a complete video?
I'm seeing that some tools take 5 credits to use and others require 2 credits to use. If you need multiple tools on the same video, does each tool need to be paid for? For example, looking through other questions I found a link to some example videos. One of a table shows the product from a few different angles as a video, has text overlay, and has background music. Does generating 3 different videos from different angles of the product each cost 5 credits? Then the text overlay and background music each cost on top of that? I'm just trying to understand what I can actually create from the Tier 1 license. Am I only getting 1 high quality video a month from it or is it more like 4 or 5? Also, do credits roll over from one month to the next?

I have a lot of questions like the one above about the product and reached out to them, yet they failed to compensate me to date, despite earlier assurances. Yes, it has a lot of bugs! However, the SECRET I want to reveal to you all, especially if you are on the fence... is that despite all the issues and my 3-star review, I upgraded to tier 3. Bet on this product before the deal ends in just 2 days. There is nothing like it in the market so far. It is such a niche product for ecommerce. This is a product that must succeed. The generations are lifelike and incredible, saving you studio time. This is the sort of developer that I would back, despite their startup challenges. If you are reading the negative reviews and walking away, think again. Buy the product without hesitation and keep it for some time while they straighten things out.
Hi, I need you to clarify me some very important things for my business. Are you going to add the possibility of converting jewelery to virtual try on? Greek language support, i have asked too many times. I have asked many many times in the website with no response for jewelery and accessories virtual try on. Let me know since it's too crucial for my business. Thanks. I am tier 3 btw and I will upgrade more if you do support it. If there will be bo support for any of these instructions won't have a choice but refund and I really like this product. It has to start working with Greek for starters though. Please take the shoppable like feature seriously, many people have asked you for it and it is the most missing feature along with lack of languages support. Thanks for your time.
