The second biggest complaint is that it doesn't offer a preview with the possibility to edit the video, so you consume the credits regardless of whether the video shows 2 hands or 6 hands on a person's body. And if you want to edit it, you have to consume more credits. This doesn't make sense.

The third complaint is the length. You should offer the possibility to create longer videos.

Language is something users also complain about, as it only offers English, Hindi and Vietnamese.

There are also complaints that the AI ​​avatar is old. This needs to be improved if you want to be competitive.

I think your tool has a lot of potential, but you need to improve some things and make adjustments to your offering to get sumolings engaged.
