Q: Unable to contact
This item was showing great promise. However, I've had several glitches with forms (multiple choice drop down selection would not allow customer to submit the form despite them making a selection), client adding documents to a document upload section and the items not appearing in the data section. There's also no option (as far as I can see) to duplicate/copy a form or convert it to a template without recreating it. Also, an error occurs if you attempt to use on a mobile device (most people are on mobile devices) this is an absolute deal breaker. It even gives this error if your computer screen is smaller. Finally, there was an option to communicate problems by IM that has now gone away. Again product shows great promise however, major disappointments with no easy way to communicate. Is there a plan to fix any of this?

We're continually improving Whirr with features like duplicating your projects straight from the dashboard, among many other improvements. I've made a note of the issues you mentioned experiencing to look deeper into those in order to resolve them in an upcoming product update.
