When it works, WhisperTranscribe is really excellent. The transcripts are about 95% correct and while it ignores my requests (e.g. to never say "gonna" or "wanna"), it's nothing a find and replace in Word can't fix. But at least half the time, the transcripts I get have whole sections that have no punctuation, or no capital letters, or it's 12000 words in a single paragraph. This creates a huge amount of editing work, or it involves using a competitor service just to get something usable. I waste all my minutes re-uploading audio, and only sometimes get an improved result.
