I am a full-time professional digital marketer with about 15 years' experience. I have Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia etc in my toolkit, but sometimes (read: often) you just need to make a simple, quick video with as little hassle as possible. This is where Wideo comes in.

I approached Wideo with some scepticism, and was pleasantly surprised. The interface is simple enough but crucially gives you just enough tools to do more interesting/complex things using keyframe automation and transitions.

The other important part is that there's a very solid library of images, animations and shapes available, as well as seamless integration with Unsplash for more free images.

On a technical level I'm very impressed that it all just works in the browser.

I had a couple of support queries specifically relating to privacy and these were answered within about 2 working days.
