Q: I bought a 3 Tier license and was planning to upgrade to T4.
I didn't take that step as the first impression itself was very bad. I got a password reset email but I am unable to reset the password. What about exporting data from winwinbot? 4. I see no difference between tier2-3-4 apart from number of bots and subscribers. Does it mean that all tiers except tier1 are white label?
1-2. No, we don't unfortunately... You can't import any content (except the list of subscribers from the same bot while migrating from another platform). 3. For export - same thing - you can export only subscribers as well as their data, but not the bot content. 4. Tier4 is WhiteLabel (means you can manage sub accounts and resell it, tier 3 - you can assign a custom domain to your bot's...
