Q: I bought a 3 Tier license and was planning to upgrade to T4.

I didn't take that step as the first impression itself was very bad. I got a password reset email but I am unable to reset the password. I get 'Failed to change the password' and it doesn't let me access the platform. I tried oinging in the support chat but no one responds even though it says 'online'. So not sure what I should do. I may refund (though I don't want to. But the first impression is making me skeptical).
