I am migrating from one of the big Shopify review apps on the App Store.
The customer reps handled the coding and positioning of the reviews with flying colors until you get to the migration process.
I understand how each company has different processes but this is just archaic. Normally each review is tied to Shopify's product ID automatically. But Wiremo requires an additional field, the "product url". Ok, I have followed the steps for one product to see if it worked but it didn't. Plus their tutorial is out of date as it's not a full representation of what the Url should be.
This is the first time a review app has required this and I have experienced 3 Shopify review apps in the past all with seamless migration processes. Oh and up until that point, it is just crickets....the customer rep Vitaly vanishes....
Their product seemed promising until you need support. Every day I spend waiting is costing us for not having reviews show up. I think I'll have to go to apps like Judge.me and refund this product.
