Q: Thanks for coming to AS.

I have a few qs on the Reviews notif.
1. What platforms you pull the reviews from (google, facebook, trustpilot, etc)?
2. Does it pull automatically when someone leaves a review on Google for example?
3. Can you show recency of the review? Like what date was it posted on google
4. Can you limit what number of stars can display the reviews?
5. If I have a chatbot, how will the notification handle that on a mobile device without overlapping?

Ans. Currently, We have an approved app for Google My Business, Facebook page & also able to fetch capterra reviews. Next, Trustpilot, reviews.io & many others we are planning to add.

Ans. Yes, it is automatically but not instant. Every day our server checks Google My Business page having new reviews or not & If It finds new reviews are available, it will add it. This way, it works. Similarly, for other platforms as well.

3. Can you show recency of the review? Like what date was it posted on google

Ans. When we released the BETA version, at that most of the users, don't want to show it. The reason is that most of the business has an older date in the reviews. That creates a bad effect. So By default, We removed that option from review notification. We can consider adding it in the future & make it optional.

Still, we are showing date into the review feed.

4. Can you limit what number of stars can display the reviews?

Ans. Yes. We have this option.

5. If I have a chatbot, how will the notification handle that on a mobile device without overlapping?

Ans. By default position of notification in mobile is set left bottom( Not center bottom). You will have many design options. You can use a single line notification too. That works best on mobile.

I just sign up for a free trial ... are all the features and widgets available? I can not find the Reviews widget just the feed. Please let me know the limitation of a trial acc.

1. reviews carousels we can embed into a website
2. reviews to show in a grid format we can add on a webpage
