I was looking at the LTD for prove.ly but was put off by the additional $27 monthly fee just to remove their branding so I checked out AS and saw this was on an LTD but I had missed the deal by approx 242hours! Gutted, so I decided that with the few apps I was lined up to buy and a credit already in AS I'd go for the plus deal and get this quickly! There is already a huge amount of ready made notifications and super easy integration with woocommerce.

The UI was so intuitive that you literally did not have to read anything before being able to set this up. Literally 2 minutes after logging in I had my first confirmed purchase notification set up.

Unfortunately I had a slight issue with one notification, it was bringing in data but was not showing the current data so I went on live chat with support. Well, this is where apps like these come into their own. (I think I waited almost 3 days for prove.ly to respond about their additional fee for removing branding!

Support was fast and absolutely on the ball. It turned out that in my case one of my woocommerce plugins was changing an endpoint that wisernotify also uses so support created a custom webhook to bring the data into WN and boom, everything working as expected! They are also going to be looking into making changes tomorrow to allow for this in the core app without using webhooks. (They could quite easily have left the issue there and marked it as resolved but are going yet another step further so top marks for this attitude towards their customers.)

The metrics in the control panel show that customers are already actively engaging with the popups with many clicks & hovers already registered so a promising start.

I have absolutely no doubt that this will develop further and was worth every penny paid! (I just wish I had gone full stack but by the time I had tried it out and decided to stack up the deal had run out again! (prove.ly LTD was 3-4 the price with far less offered, before you even thought about removing branding which you can do with WN on 1 code so still happy with the deal I got and will keep my eyes out in case they come back for another round!
