I have tried Wishpond tool and it is good but later on I figure out that it offers limited features of just landing page, with limited number of email credits that too with no custom SMTP option. That way, we don\u0027t even know if we can use them at our websites freely... \u000a\u000aTherefore, I have been trying to reach out to Appsumo team for my Wishpond refund and when I tried to initiate the refund, I got a pop up to contact Appsumo support team. \u000a\u000aI contacted them at around 7th of September 2021 and my last date to initiate the refund was 13th of September. \u000a\u000aThey are not responding to me, till now its more than 8 days, not over the email, their chat box message, no where. Don\u0027t know what is happening??
