Q: Why do we have to pay for emails?
WHich is normally a part of any eCom platform such as Shopify, Shoptet etc.? Quite expensive...

The transactional emails (order confirmation, order shipment, customer account creation, order cancellation, etc.) are fully included on our solution (and for all offers).
Indeed, if you want to send Newsletters, it has a cost (as for all other solutions of sending emails).
In any case, you can use an external service to send your newsletters.
