A solid Ecommerce solution not to be missed
Being an expert eCommerce user I was pleased to find such an app on Appsumo and was eager to test it.
The platform is solid and well designed, and it's immediately usable, not a "beta" or a "not ready" one.
There are still a few things I wish to see implemented:
-Faceted search, is super useful for any eCommerce that needs to filter the stock by size, colours etc.
-Mobile App in English, currently it's only in French
-More templates
-Add Dkim and Spf records to improve deliverability, at the moment there are no such options so the deliverability could not be good enough, but hard to say as I just started to use it
-No guest account checkout, many clients don't want to register and this is important with eCommerce, we saw based on our experience that some may even leave the checkout so I would recommend adding this option
-Ability to edit emails by default, atm it's locked and requires to be enabled by contacting the support
The templating system is based on Twig and it's similar to the Prestashop so it can be custom-coded to make a very tailored made site for more techie guys.
Said that their in-built drag and drop editor can be used to build a nice store
I contacted the support regarding a few issues I had with DNS settings and they were helpful and helped to solve them, but the average response time can range from 30 minutes to 20 hours even for basic questions.
Don't expect flash replies.
Note that to use their own mailing newsletter system you have to purchase email from them and there is fair pricing, but still an extra cost to be considered as (if I'm not wrong) they use Mailjet.
Another thing I don't like is the fact that we can't stack more "stores" under a master account. In my case let's say I want to buy 6 codes but stack 2 on each store, we can't, so we need to have 3 emails and associate each store to each account.
This is not really optimal for management but makes sense.
Overall it's a solid and generous deal and a good alternative to Shopify or similar platforms especially cause it has a good set of features it has.
I hope they will develop further based on feedback!

- Faceted filters are in progress with our technical team and will be released soon.
- Our teams have taken into account your need to have more templates at your disposal. Please note that all templates can be customized by adding WiziBlocks in order to create a unique design.
- We have pointed out that a guest checkout would be a plus. The technology used on WiziShop for the Smartcheckout allows getting the essential information required for a good processing of the order on your side.
- At this time, the personalization of your transactional emails must, in fact, be unlocked by our teams, for security reasons, upon a simple request.
Concerning the assistance of the Business Coaches team, it strives to bring you all the answers within the shortest possible time. It sometimes happens that our teams have other appointments and requests, so the delay may vary a little.
Indeed, if you want to send Newsletters, it has a cost (as for all other solutions of sending emails).
In any case, you can use an external service to send your newsletters.
Concerning the purchase of an AppSumo deal, at this time, each Tier purchase must be made with a different email address. Don't worry, you can always add as many users as you want, to access all your stores through a single user account.
