I wanted to love Wondrai but I'm frustrated by not only the lack of clear instructions, I get the feeling, even though I might be wrong, that this project may be abandoned at some stage in the future.

As a tier 3 buyer, I'm confused about how to go about setting up the system, and I find it almost impossible to get things working from connection, through to configuring workflows.

The workflow options are ok, however, I'm wondering if they will be adding more in the future as there have been no visible signs up update since purchasing this deal.

I believe that I'm a capable operator, who can get their head around most complex workflows, however, Wondrai is next level complex for someone who has never touched this type of software before.

I'm a little concerned about so many things, that on the balance of what I have seen and experienced, I wouldn't be happy suggesting it to anybody new to this sort of product.

I want to be wrong about my views, but they are my honest thoughts, so much so, that as a tier 3 purchaser, I'm wondering if I should refund myself.

That being said, there are still a lot of upsides if you're willing to spend time learning them, so it's not all bad for Wondrai.

Wondr team, I am facing a lot of issues using the Platform.
1.Can't connect Google drive to Wondr ai platform. Showing error.
2. Can't download the image created by Ai from creating mockups.
3. Have to completely rely on Printify platform.
4. No training on integration with Woocommerce.
5. No proper support system for help. World is running with video and live chat help system and they are still using email support.
6. No updates came after the appsumo launch.
7. Many bad reviews regarding the support in facebook group.Most of them refunded
8.Cant use our own images instead of AI images
9. Cant use our own POD blank products for mockup.
10. Newbies gets highly confused with the mapping system when you are working with workflows in the platform.
11. Cant download the mocked product image after creation from within Wondr.
12. Also I posted all these issues in the Ask a question section since I didn't want to give a rating, but you have declined my question instead of giving a prompt answer which is not good. Therefore posting it as a review.

I was unsure what to expect since some recent products I've tried have fallen short of their description. WondrAI is not one of those! They said it could post products directly to your Etsy, Shopify, or other integrated tools from Printifiy, and as promised, it did just that and within minutes I had a new product with my custom AI prompt.

Customizing the prompts was not very hard for someone familiar with prompt engineering. There are aspects of the process that may not be as intuitive as the developers think but if you watch the tutorials carefully you can work with it. This is not for newbies to tech or those who find technology a little intimidating. It is easy to use but not simple if that makes sense. I will say this, connecting Google was a little harder since the video and transcripts did not give very clear details, or was not easy to hear what they were saying and the transcripts did not help clear it up (regarding the redirect links for the app permissions), but with some trial and error, I got it to work.

Overall a great product, that does what it says. Looking forward to future updates!

I really like the tool, it solves the purpose it is intended for, but still looking for more developments like using our own mockups, ideogram integration etc. I will upgrade to the next time when these developments are completed...overall the tool does the job although needs some more features to utilize it for the full potential.It will be be good if you have some paid support or consultation for beginners who want to use the tool.

Again I don't really understand why people give a review 2 star or whatever because they wanted to publish "something" on social platforms such as FB, IG etc. This isn't the purpose or use case for Wondr so I don't really understand the logic of some Sumolings at all! If you don't understand the logic of SaaS tools then you should guys educate yourselves on how to use the tools at the first point. If you want to avoid Wondr completely and get it for just MAKE using ok go for it but stop blaming Wondr for something that MAKE is not capable of.

Now to Wondr - with this deal and Tier 3 you get unlimited uses. Here I would trigger my warning light and ask how they make sure they won't disappear in the next month so please answer this point. other than that happy user. you can run a print on demand in a fraction of the time. Just check some competitors how much they charge monthly and you would be surprised starting somewhere around even $400/month. You even get a Shopify theme for free. We'll be using Wondr for our print-on-demand store that offers merchant products connected to our main business. Even if we make $1000 a month it pays for itself in the first month. I've been looking for a print-on-demand app for maybe 3 years now - super expensive for all competitors. So I'm giving 5 stars for now even tho I might change it and lower it down when I'll be testing it over the time. But for now I'm happy with it.
