Highly Confusing Platform with Seemingly Very Limited Support Outside of Appsumo
I wanted to love Wondrai but I'm frustrated by not only the lack of clear instructions, I get the feeling, even though I might be wrong, that this project may be abandoned at some stage in the future.
As a tier 3 buyer, I'm confused about how to go about setting up the system, and I find it almost impossible to get things working from connection, through to configuring workflows.
The workflow options are ok, however, I'm wondering if they will be adding more in the future as there have been no visible signs up update since purchasing this deal.
I believe that I'm a capable operator, who can get their head around most complex workflows, however, Wondrai is next level complex for someone who has never touched this type of software before.
I'm a little concerned about so many things, that on the balance of what I have seen and experienced, I wouldn't be happy suggesting it to anybody new to this sort of product.
I want to be wrong about my views, but they are my honest thoughts, so much so, that as a tier 3 purchaser, I'm wondering if I should refund myself.
That being said, there are still a lot of upsides if you're willing to spend time learning them, so it's not all bad for Wondrai.

We hear you in terms of the complexity and are working on our 3.0 version which is meant to make things much more user-friendly. What I can say is that we are not going to abandon our platform, and have big ambitions for where we see our platform in the future.
