Wondr has Many drawbacks
Wondr team, I am facing a lot of issues using the Platform.
1.Can't connect Google drive to Wondr ai platform. Showing error.
2. Can't download the image created by Ai from creating mockups.
3. Have to completely rely on Printify platform.
4. No training on integration with Woocommerce.
5. No proper support system for help. World is running with video and live chat help system and they are still using email support.
6. No updates came after the appsumo launch.
7. Many bad reviews regarding the support in facebook group.Most of them refunded
8.Cant use our own images instead of AI images
9. Cant use our own POD blank products for mockup.
10. Newbies gets highly confused with the mapping system when you are working with workflows in the platform.
11. Cant download the mocked product image after creation from within Wondr.
12. Also I posted all these issues in the Ask a question section since I didn't want to give a rating, but you have declined my question instead of giving a prompt answer which is not good. Therefore posting it as a review.

It appears you're encountering somethings that are a relatively easy fix, and that we can easily help with via our support line.
1. We have a video in the "Wondr Tutorials" section of our dashboard titled "How to connect google apps" that covers this topic. If you run into any issues please reach out to our support team at support@wondrai.com
2. You can either save the images to a database (like google drive or dropbox) directly in the workflow, or you can find your design images via the print on demand vendor files page.
3. We're working on adding many other print on demand platforms as soon as possible, but unfortunately a lot of the other platform's APIs are very limited in use. Printify has a very robust API that allows for total product customization and creation.
4. Connecting each storefront platform via Printify follows the same set up process, as they have direct integrations with most popular platforms. That being said, we have a connection tutorial coming soon for many of the top platforms.
5. Tons of companies utilize an email or ticketing system for their support, or an AI chatbot. Our organization is currently small (but growing!), so at the moment we cannot provide video or live chat support. This is a goal of ours in the future!
6. We've updated many things since our AppSumo launch, including releasing our roadmap, new video tutorials, and adding tons of new app integrations within the platform.
7. We don't currently have a Facebook group, but I can say that our support team goes over every single support request sent in, and we have not missed a request yet!
8. We have a workflow that specifically allows you to integrate your own premade designs, and we have a video tutorial covering this topic. I highly recommend you check these out.
9. You're free to manually add your own POD mockups after creating the products automatically. We're still an evolving company, and one of our goals is to integrate some mockup apps soon.
10. We hear you, and we're currently developing a much more user-friendly experience coming soon!
11. You can download all of your mockup images from your storefront platform of choice once they are created.
12. AppSumo looks over all questions and decides whether they should be denied or not, as we have no control over this.
