Q: Did you guys change the name of this plugin to WooCommerce Floating Cart?
I purchased the license last year in October and now I tried to login into my dashboard to get a license and turns out there's nothing in my account. I contacted your support and they told me to contact AppSumo. I'm now waiting for AppSumo's response but I think the support tech person who assisted me from your company doesn't know much about this deal because he even misspelled AppSumo's name.

I can see the download in my account but it looks like an old version number compared to the renamed product. We should be able to access the same product if it is renamed. Did you ever get a resolution?

Yes, I realized that I was using another email login for my Freemius account.
mamrecruitinginteresting, I know I purchased Woocommerce last year and it is nowhere to be found in my products. Even if I ask for $$ back, it stays on my appsumo products.
