Q: How much will it cost to increase the number of monthly entries once the Appsumo deals ends please?
Or is it a case of once you need more entries you have to move to a paid monthly plan and your Appsumo deal is null and void?

The best deal is to purchase AppSumo Codes. It's a huge saving especially if you are expecting a lot of entries.
Although it's available for all a pay-as-you-go option where you can purchase blocks of entries at any time. For example 1000 entries cost $10.
