termoplusQ: I am comparing this tool to Socialmonials and I have a couple of questions please.
1. Socialmonials has a broad referral link which doesn't relate to Socialmonials, is there a way to use something else besides bitly?
2. Socialmonials can be used for a referral marketing to track conversions so I know who I should give rewards. Can I do here as well. I didn't find anything similar here.
3. Is there a way I can add +1 point for Instagram, +100 points to write a blog, etc?
4. Socialmonials has a login link for users who already entered the contest. How existing users can see how many points they already earned?
5. when someone enters the contest does that user get an email? I tried no emails came
6. Why there is a star in the report on users list?
7. Can I select winners manually?
8. Every time I press Pick WInners the system shows me different users.
8a. Are those users winners?
8b. Do they get email notifications? If yes then what if I press many times Pick WInners?
9. Seems like you open this tool 3-4 years ago however, the captera reviews shows only 2 reviews and product hunt 23 likes. What is wrong here?
So far I see this tool has a better UI but it's toooooo far from Socialmonials

Please allow me to answer to all your questions one by one:
1. Yes there is an option to replace the woorise.com with a non-branded short URL.
2. We have the Viral Share feature. You can try it (even on the Free plan) to see if it meets your needs. We are planning to expand its functionality to more use cases in the future.
3. You can reward points for Viral Share. We are planning to reward points for more actions in the future but to be honest, we are not a fan of this functionality because it attracts a lot of random users with fake accounts who doesn't really care for your product/service (random shares on Reddit, forums etc.).
4. They can simply enter their email in the form and the system automatically will display their points. We will also add a login button to improve user experience.
5. Yes. You need to create an email notification from Campaign > Form tab > Notifications.
6. It's for internal use. You can mark specific entries for any reason. You can also export later only entries marked with a star.
7. Yes, simply export your entries in a CSV file.
8. Yes they are winners. We don't automatically send notifications to winners. You can contact them manually or even through Woorise (you can add a note to the Entry and optionally send it to the user).
9. Simply we didn't marketing those channels. Capterra has 2 fake reviews from users that never used our platform. Both are came after we refused to pay for their program to "get more reviews". We asked to remove them but it didn't happen. I think you know how the system it works. We launched on Product Hunt on early days with no marketing at all. Even if you have a great product you will not get enough exposure on Product Hunt if you don't follow specific launch instructions or promote it. We will try to improve our presence on Product Hunt at some point in the future.
Why did nobody ever answer this or other questions? I came here to buy this app, now I see unanswered questions, some of them quite old, as in 9 months, and it always sits sour in my stomach when i see questions going ignored by Creators.
