Yes you can limit the entries from the Form > Form Settings > Enable entry limit.
After the deal ends there are two options to increase the entries limit. There is a pay-as-you go option in case a campaign goes viral and the second option is to upgrade to a higher plan.
Of course purchasing more AppSumo codes is the cheaper option right now.
