If I buy 2 codes, will I be able to have all white-label options, including that of custom domains?
2. Is there a limit, on how many different domains I can use forms on? (I have around 25 domains that I would like to put this on)

AppSumo deal is tied to the Grow plan. With one or more codes you get the "remove branding" feature.

Here are the answers to your questions:
1. Custom domain is available on Pro plan that is not part of the AppSumo deal. However you could still use your own domain by embedding the campaign on your website and start sharing your own URL: https://woorise.com/docs/how-to-add-a-custom-domain
2. Using the embedded method I mention before there aren't any limits.
3. AppSumo deal is tied on our Grow plan. Feel free to reach us if you are interested in a LTD for the Pro plan.
